Ingredients :
Chicken - 1 kg
Biriyani masala -1 pack
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Green cardamom -4 to 5
Black cardamom -4 to 5
Javitri -2
Poppy seeds -1/2 tbs
Shahi zeera -1/2 tbs
Cloves -4 to 5
Black paper -1/2 tbs
Star anis -2
Cumin seeds - 4 tbs
Onions -4 to 5
Green chillies -10 to 15
Tomato -1
Lemon -1
Salt to taste
Basmati rice - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tbs
Kewda jal 2 drops
Method :
Take chicken add 2 tbs biriyani masala , 1 tbs salt ,lemon keep it side , in a hot pan add 2 tbs oil then fry chicken till soften , then,
In a hot pan add some oil then add cumin seeds once it get fry add all the garam masala then ginger garlic paste stir it continually for 2 to 3 min then add chopped onions and green chillies, once it get soft add tomato then add biriyani masala salt to taste, fry for 2 to 3 min then add some water , add fried chicken , cover it & cook for 15 min then add washed basmati rice spread it in all over the pan , add required water , 1 lemon , 2 tbs of clarified butter (ghee) , cover it with & cook for 20 to 25 min after cooked shake the pan carefully then add 2 drops of kewada jal add serve hot.
